I wish there was negative rating available to encompass the kind of service which Concentric Sales and Lettings in Fenham has provided. I have never seen an estate agency as poorly managed as this, the manager doesn't have time to talk to you as he works only a couple of days. The staff has tendency to commit something and then forget to follow up. When i moved in to the property in November, 2015 it was not clean at all, there were multiple issues including some which were health and safety hazards with young kids at home. But, that bothered them the least and their blame shifting attitude without showing any seriousness meant that i had to wait almost 9 months to get the issue resolved... I don't recommend these guys at all....... Read more
