Pittis Freshwater staff especially Emma Ohlson-Page and Sean Chitty went beyond what is expected to help a transaction happen even when we thought there would be no resolution. Our transaction was about to implode after some issues were highlighted in the survey. The staff ran around to Council and found documents with the seller to get outstanding matters resolved that our Solicitors did not think were obligated to help with. We are now in our new home.
