PLEASE... PLEASE read the reviews before handling with this company if you are a tenant or a landlord. I ignored all the reviews because we were desperate for a property, however, unprofessional, disrespect, illegal acts, and lack of duty of care. Is just a few words to describe this. They refused to fix a leaky tap which led to BLACK MOULD and DAMP to affect us throughout the property for 4 MONTHS. 4 MONTHS of excuses, 4 MONTHS not being able to find a plumber to come and see the property. However, when our tenancy ended mid-January I send them an email that I would be suing them for failure of duty of care. They replied and FINALLY arranged a plumber to come to the property 5 days before the end of our tenancy. I don't blame the landlord because I have asked multiple times for the details of the landlord throughout my tenancy and the agency has refused to give it to me which is ILLEGAL. I don't believe that the agency is fully transparent with the Landlords because there is no way a Landlord would risk having the interest property damaged because he failed to call a plumber. Therefore any Landlords looking to make business with this company please be aware of the risks and red flags. PAUL OLUBUNMI, the director of this company, keeps replying to all the reviews and giving excuses instead of doing his job and solving problems with the properties. No wonder why your company is going bankrupt soon. Nobody can reply to this and say it is a lie anything I said here because I have the evidence and I will more than happy to post it as well. I cannot say enough bad things about this company. I never leave reviews but feel compelled because of how poor the management is here. I wait months for rent and damage payments, I have to email several times over several months to get a response, and the range of tenants provided are always erratic and problematic. PLEASE save yourself the trouble and choose literally any other company.... Read more

I was supposed to write this review some time ago after having a terrible experience with them. I have since used a different agent who’s fees are more expensive but offer a better service to both tenant and landlord. I am a landlord and suffered a lot of stress dealing with this “agent”. There is a lot to this story but I will offer the key points. PK Sales and lettings recommended a tenant to me and stated that they had this tenant for several years on theirs books. Before I had a chance to see references the tenant had been moved in. Once I saw the references they stated that the tenant was high risk due to financial issues and being taken to court already. Initially I accepted this as people make mistakes and this could have been years ago. On the first day the tenant moved in I messaged him and introduced myself and stated if anything was wrong to message me. The same day he asked for a few things to be fixed and complained about the storage heaters. I told him I will get it on ASAP and asked if he would be happy with a couple of portable heaters as storage heaters aren’t cost effective. He was happy and on the same day I got some heaters delivered to him. On the first month due date he missed the rent so I contacted him and he asked for an extension as he didn’t get paid before rent date which I agreed but was unhappy about. I then contacted him on the extension day and asked where the rent was and explained I need the money myself to pay a mortgage. He then stated I was threatening him… so I contacted PK Sales and lettings and asked them to chase him up and manage the property Rent was then paid. During this tenancy rent was missed multiple times and I had to chase PK Sales and lettings. Apparently they were managing the property but I had to email them first to find out what’s happening. On multiple occasions their excuse was that the accountant was not in so they couldn’t send me the money. They constantly made excuses for missed payment. I would have to send email after email and phone PK Sales and lettings to get a response. Sometimes I would ring them and leave a message but not get a response. In addition certain things were broken and the tenant requested them to be fixed. Which I did for example the window latches. The people they got to do this did not fix the window properly and I have since had to get it fixed again this is within 6 months. PK Sales and lettings also provided me with a terrible check in and check out report which did not show the damage my property had received and meant that I did not retain any deposit. I also had to wait a year to receive money that I was owed from PK and Sales from a previous tenancy. I have email proof of all the above. I have since been to the property redress scheme where I won a case against them and they had to pay me compensation... Read more

I don't know if they are lazy or incompetent - or both - or simply extremely unprofessional. Be ready - if you go with them - to wait a very long time for things to be done - if they are done in the end. Be ready to be disappointed and not heard. Be ready for headaches. Be ready to write the same emails over and over and over. If you want things to be done, the only solution we found was to CC the director in every email we wrote. Then and only then, things will start to move - still slowly though. Ah, and you want your deposit back? Silly, you gonna WAIT.... Read more

Funny enough that you call your tenants liars, instead of improving your services. Your PRS licence was refused as you are doing unethical business, stealing tenants deposit. Grow up and give a honest service to people, or close your business and buy a bungalow on an island with the stolen deposits and hide from the world. Shame on you. P.S any honest and hard working employee should just leave this company.... Read more

Great agency! They collected my keys after an investment purchase in Sheffield; marketed the property and found excellent tenants within 3 days. The tenants moved in just a week after they were found and paid 6 months rent in advance which really helped out. They conducted a thorough check in inventory and arranged the tenancy seamlessly - I really couldn't fault them.... Read more

So unprofessional!!! I had a viewing and told the agent I will contact him next day to let them know I tried to contact them for 2 days and I just been ignored when I finally managed to contact agency the told me properly is let already. So unprofessional and such a terrible service I do not recommend!!!!! The agency haven’t even contacted me to let me know that property have been let and during the viewing I was a face time with my partner because I was showing where he’s daughter would live and they are telling me I lied to them I would be living by myself without ever asking me why I was on FaceTime my partner he’s not even in the Uk ??????????? The agent all viewing was standing there in silence saying nothing.Before I come for a viewing for another side of london I told the agent that I would be moving in a month and he said it’s okay and now it’s not very unprofessional service!! And the worst part is that I don’t even believe property was rented because it’s still on the market. Instead of giving me a call and saying that they don’t want to rent me a property they ignored me and lied to me. I don’t see anything professional about this agency. After posting this review the agency keeps emailing me demanding to remove my review woow this is crazy . They telling me that I wasn’t able to provide documents and my income but the agent didn’t even ask me to provide them at the viewing they calling me a lier and keep demanding me to remove my review. Please please please do not even bother with this agency because this is the most unpleasant and incompetent agency I had ever deal with.... Read more
