Smart village feeling here. Beautiful marina and many country walks to be had. Great community feeling with a fabulous meetings hub for locals. Needs a café or restaurant.

House was ok, not too many issues but had flooding in the back yard and I have been in the house 2 years now and still not sorted due to having to keep pushing for it to be looked at. All the houses (apart from the apartments) are freehold but there are maintenance charges which TW said would not start till the site is finished which was a lie as we have now all had a bill send from RMG the maintenance company. This estate could be a very nice place to live if we can get the issues sorted but it is hard work.
