Seems that Plush Estate Agents has gone through a few different offices as well as company and owner name changes such as Plush Estate Agents, Plush Lettings Ltd, Plush Lettinings Llanelli Ltd, PLS Llanelli Limited, Lush Lettings Ltd, and Pretty Lettings. You can see the records on companies house which I believe a statement is still outstanding. I have never been informed of any name changes! communication is non-existant unless you miss the rent I guess. So many name changes and lack of communication raise suspicions. NOT recomended.... They appear to have vanished from Llanelli and taken up residence on Newton Road, Mumbles, Swansea. Plush Lettings changed name to PLS Lettings and now Lush Lettings. PLS Group are they a phoenix company?PLS Llanelli now changed name to Pretty Lettings. Difficult to see which of these three are the current Letting Agents?... Read more

WARNING- do not touch with a barge pole/complaint made to Property Ombudsman/ not registered with them even though says on their website/they dont return calls/has not deposited bond with scheme/rent outstanding / not alone having spoken to other landlords in the area... Read more

BEWARE: Not to be trusted. Rent and deposit money unaccounted for and owner refuses to answer letters, emails or calls. There is only one very obvious conclusion to draw from this. They will certainly be closed down soon enough. If you have dealt with them suggest you check all statements and payments very closely or you too may become the victim that funds the business !!... Never have I ever dealt with such a poor estate agent called hayley!! Lie after lie after lie! not even got the decency to return calls and tell the truth! Stay away at all costs as they talk the talk but my god can't walk the walk! this company makes bookings for you don't even tell you and don't even bother turning up with the client! Terrible service. They don't reply to emails, don't return phone calls and don't keep to their word. After 5 months of barely any communication we eventually gave up and changed agents. Don't bother with them if you are looking to rent out your property.... Read more

Need something done? Don't let with plush estate agents Need help or advice about the property? Don't ask plush they don't have a clue, also that's only if you can get through to them on the phone! Which is never.... Want to arrange a viewing? Don't do it with plush, that will show up an hour late, that's if they do show up and haven't forgotten. Basically me and my partner went to view a house. We showed up 15 minutes early to be respectable. We then recieved a phone call half an hour after the viewing was arranged and me and my partner had been waiting outside trying to get hold of them, they called to say they had forgotten and the woman who phoned was rather nice and polite and said there was no one else in the office and everyone had forgotten we were going to view the property. The woman then explained that she was going to lock up the shop to show us around (fair enough) After the poor woman showed up after being flustered in the office having to sort out everything she showed us around. If it wasn't as nice a house as it was, we would've left plush where they were. But no we fell in love with the house! It was perfect for are little family so we asked if we could pay by credit card, they said yes. So we paid the £250 admin fees (later explained to us it was no longer £250 after we paid but now only £200) Then they said no it is illegal to use credit cards for down payment. So because they had said yes then and now changed their mind we wanted are money back. They then said yes we will call you tomorrow... Then tomorrow came... no tomorrow..... Trying to get in touch but they were ignoring us,..... months down the line finally they answered then recognised who we were and hung up the phone! HOW RUDE! We also found out that when we paid the money, they had already handed the property over to a different estate agent! Save yourselves Never go through Plush... Read more

Been with Plush since 2013 as a tenant and they can't be beaten. Best estate agents this side of Cardiff. Great customer service from a team that's willing to go the extra mile to help you. Highly recommend if your thinking of renting in Llanelli or Swansea.... Read more
