Renting from Polecat has been so easy and pleasant from start to finish. Best experience I've ever had with letting agents. Fair fees and were willing to arrange viewings, contract signings, key handover around my schedule. Friendly company who went out of their way to help. Deposits can be paid by Paypal - useful!... Read more
