My housemate and I have just moved in to a 2 bedroom property managed by Portico. Luisa was our estate agent and we found the whole moving in process to be fast and smooth with no trouble at all along the way. Luisa was always happy to help and quick to come back if we had any questions around the move. Would definitely recommend

This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!

I have had some very bad experiences with real estate agents in the past.
However, my entire experience with Emilly, could not have been further from my past experiences. She was very clear, kind and knowledgeable at all times. I had prompt and timely replies to emails and calls which were always very beneficial. I would recommend portico leyton to others in the future, purely based on how helpful Emily has been!
