Claim to be award winning estate agency. But as an estate agency have been appauling in dealing with refunding my deposit which is now 3 weeks overdue. They are quick to demand fees, and take deposits but when it comes to providing a fair service and being transparent they fail miserably.

I had a terrible experience with this agency. After waiting for a long time I had to reach out to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for my deposit to be returned.

Sian and the entire team were terrific. As starter, they only showed properties that very closely matched my desires (saving us all time); and the paperwork process was managed very well. Great work!

Great experience with the team. Really helpful and accommodating with everything. We will definitely use them in the future

Portico - Woodford and Loughton

Worst agency ever! Haven't seen anything like this. Wouldn't even give one star. Tried to rent a house with my family, at the beginning everything was alright, but later on the whole process gotten too long. All the documents were given to them, all the references, deposit was paid, but they kept asking the same questions and nonsense things over and over again to complete the process. It looked like they were trying to put us in a jail by asking things that they don't even need. They were rushing and harassing our accountant by calling her and saying "You have to send us necessary documents as quick as possible cause those people gonna be kicked out of their current place and will need to stay at the hotel". What kind of agency would lie these kind of things just to make things faster?! We finally got tired of this stupid situation and asked them to give our deposit back. Of course they refused it until we went to that agency and claimed our money back. It seemed that they were doing everything on purpose just to keep the money for themselves.
