Claim to be award winning estate agency. But as an estate agency have been appauling in dealing with refunding my deposit which is now 3 weeks overdue. They are quick to demand fees, and take deposits but when it comes to providing a fair service and being transparent they fail miserably.

I do not recommend this agency for the following factors. When they want to rent, it gives you a lot of assistance, but when you need help forget about you. just send you an email with the data of the owner and tell your problem with it now. lost my documents inside the office, original documents. and they gave me that answer. (Hi Matheus, I hope you are OK. I am afraid that we wasn’t aware that we have to return your paperwork, we assumed you have a copy of them and unfortunately it was shredded. Don’t you have a copy of you invoices you provide in digital? Sorry for any inconvenince caused. Thanks,) now I turn to get others because they are not even there for you. very disappointed very disappointed I do not recommend, do not take responsibility with your documents as if it were any unimportant papers.

(Review by landlord) Shocking service. Nothing has been done correctly. From the flat being listed, every detail was messed up. Flat was listed in wrong area. Few viewings, and 1 application put forward late In the day. A day or 2 before tenants were due to move in, Portico told us one tenant had a ccj for not paying bills. With no notice, we felt backed into a corner. Sure enough the tenants (both) are in rental arears. We only found out because I called to chase this up. We have bought foxtons in to expect the flat. We left the flat 2 years ago newly decorated with a new bathroom. The bathroom is thick with black mould and has never been cleaned. Apparently the place also needs to be re-painted. We requested that these tenants be evicted. We were told via email noticed had been severed. A few weeks later I chased up; they had neglected to serve notice and did it that day. Aside from poor tenants and general flakiness, responsiveness to specific questions has left min to be desired, and we have had to chase down invoices for any works done. Strongly recommend you AVOID
