Probably one of the best Italian restaurants in London. It's small and cozy, with a great atmosphere. The staff takes care of your needs and is very welcoming. The food is exceptionally good, which may be a result of great commodities and passion for their food.

We rented a two bed flat from portico in Jan 2016 and stayed for only 6 months. We were misled upon viewing the property as furniture covered a multitude of sins.. Where do I start.. Damp,mould,wall paper falling off the walls,filth,drafty windows,poor insulation. Portico did nothing to help resolve this for us and we were told 'well you have signed the contract now ' we were stuck with no where to turn. Environmental health came to inspect the property and still portico did not complete the repairs. I found Portico to be unprofessional and unhelpful. As for our property manager... I have been put off letting agents for life due to my experience with portico.

After seemingly fine service, I signed the contract and moved into the flat and am presented with two conditions to the flat that I was not previously notified about by Portico - not allowed to have overnight guests in lieu of a £75 fine, and having to pay for a coin-operated shower after the agent saying that the box next to the shower was a "relic" and hot water being included in the rent according to the contract. When I went back to the agent about these conditions, I was first passed between the agent and the paralegal department a couple of times, and then was told that they did not know about either condition. They also neglected to tell me that the electricity was also coin operated. The landlord informed me that they have been managing the property for 10 years and knew full well about both conditions. Due to my current situation I have no choice but to stay in the property for the duration of the contract, but am very upset and feel that I have been conned into this contract, as they claimed not to know of the conditions when they definitely did. Very poor service - will avoid in the future.
