Finley Winters was excellent to deal with. He was incredibly accommodating and informative bringing both professionalism and warmth to what can so often be a stressful and dispiriting process. Not the case here. While we we not successful with our offer on this occasion, I would certainly reach out to Finley and Portico for any moves in the future and happily recommend Portico to anyone.

I spoke with Fin at the Islington Portico office and he assisted me with my property search. I’ve struggled trying to find a suitable property in London due to the market craze, however Fin took the time to talk through the properties they had available and also explain the area to me. The insight really helped me and made me feel more comfortable in my search. I really do recommend the friendly and proactive services that they offer at this office, and in particular the outstanding work ethic and help from Fin.

I’ve had a great customer and rental experience with the Portico Islington team. They have helped answer my questions and queries. Tom was very receptive, understanding and funny he was always on the look out for properties that might be suitable to me and it was much appreciated. Elianna was also very lovely, kind and supportive. She would constantly keep me updated on anything that might be suitable and she made me feel well looked after . Even though I have found a property with another agency, I did really appreciate the help and support of Tom and Elianna.

Initially very difficult dealing with Portico but I managed to get through to a person by the name of Max Akers-Douglas based in the Theberton Street, Islington office. He was so helpful after being pushed from pillar to post around Portico. He stands out as an extremely able person willing to go that extra mile for a client who has been with Healy Graham and then Portico for over 20 years.

Impressive customer support!! Thank you Malaika for finding the perfect flat and being very patient. Malaika was very helpful and engaging and navigated my partner and I through the entire process making it as smooth as possible. She was always there to answer my questions and showed a lot of attention to the finer details in which I required, showing great support to myself and my partner. We are so happy with the outcome, thank you again Malaika :) I can't recommend Malaika and Portico highly enough!!!
