Be careful using this letting agency as they claim to be able to find you quality tenants and to offer a decent service but have in my experience quite a laid back somewhat lazy, unprofessional approach to issues such as being clear about rental dates, compiling inventories even when requested to do so and ensuring that the place is left in a good standard of cleanliness when vacated by the tenants or completely cleaned after. Such things aren't their problem they would have you believe and for them the customer is not always right even if they are the landlord. Don't believe everything you hear and read about them. Disappointing experience at the end. Explore other options if you can!... Read more

For us, they have been polite and friendly, and always ready to help when help is needed. I consider them the best agency I have used. Landlords & Tenants Avoid at all costs. Premier Lets were amazing at letting the property, fast, friendly, efficient and very well organised! That’s sadly where it stopped! We have never experienced a letting agent that is so inadequate at responding to problems in my home. We’ve had a number of worsening, related, problems over the last 15 months which have just been “added to the list” by their MD. (A list of over 20 repairs.) And as they are inter-related, they are not only inconveniencing us, they are worsening the fabric of our landlord’s property. In desperation, I even created a project list and plan that has been completely ignored. Her last comment to us today, regarding our dishwasher which had failed due to it being left in an un-working state for 3 months, was “the plumber kicked it and it was working when he left”. This following her error in getting a window replaced, not glass and completely messing up our revised tenancy documents, where we corrected their mistakes. Absolutely exasperating! Exasperating, perhaps, because our previous interaction with her was over a complete power outage on a Friday lunch-time - following which I was told to call UK Power Networks myself (who I’d never heard of). After a lengthy investigatory call, they informed me power was being supplied to our home. The MD insisted I spend the afternoon running further diagnostics, costing me half a days work. When this failed her response was “oh that sounds like a big job, we get be able to get someone to pop in when they’re passing to take a look but it sounds unlikely it will get fixed today”. This was to leave me without power over the weekend. When I asked about the contents of my freezer, the MD told me “I should make a claim on my home insurance.” I have had to result to dealing with the landlord directly, which is far from satisfactory for me or him - putting him under considerable pressure to attempt to cover for their short-comings. I would never recommend Premier Lets to anyone. Absolutely Diabolical Service. It will be a primary consideration for me for any future let. I have all supporting documentation if any landlords are interested in the quality of service afforded by this shambles of a managing agent. We are only thankful that we have an amazing sea view.... Very unprofessional. Agreed to rent a property at £700 per month, paid deposit and 1 week before moving in I phone to check up (as had not heard anything for a while) to find out that they have let the property to someone else. I had to stamp my feet in their office to finally get my deposit money back (via cheque!). Absolutely terrible company.... Read more

If there was a zero stars rating I would use it. I had a viewing arranged today with Premier Lets and I have ended up being disgusted with their behavior, lack of compassion and any service in any sense. I arranged the viewing 2 days ago and I explained to them my situation, that I am looking for a property to move into ASAP as I will be homeless by next week. I work full time and I have more than enough income to pay a montly rent of up to 1500 a month. I told them which place I would like to see and they confirmed it all with me! I showed up today, 10 minutes early as I always do. And after waiting 20 minutes after the scheduled meeting time - I received a phone call from them asking where I was because they were waiting for me. I also called 1 hour beforehand to confirm the viewing! As a lot of agencies down here decide to tell you that the place is off the market, just 1 hour or even 10 minutes before a viewing. The rude woman argued with me and told ME that I had the wrong property. But I told her there was no way I would be interested in a flat. And I had called already to even confirm the viewing! So she said OK I will go and get the keys to that house and see you there then abruptly hung up. I waited another 25 minutes and then got a phone call to say that she could not find the keys so we would have to meet another day and she said "sorry sorry sorry" before I could even respond and she hung up again. So I had a look around the outside of the property by myself and then decided to leave, extremely pissed off by this point. She then had to nerve to phone me again another 20 minutes later and say are you still there because I have found the keys now. I was going to wait but my daughter shouted out NO we will not wait, you people are bloody disgusting! And she heard that, so she quickly hung up on me yet again. Overall, without even having ANY experience with these people whatsoever... I was extremely disappointed. Going to the viewing and getting back home, took me over 3 hours. I had also taken unpaid leave from work. They didnt care to apologise sincerely or say please let me arrange it for another time, tell me when is suitable. They expect me to call them back next week and ask again! I just cannot believe that an agency is still surviving like this, with the way they answer the phones, do not listen to you and then make a huge screw up and try to blame you for it! I called a few weeks previously for another property and arranged a viewing... then the woman said oh wait a minute that property was let last week already. They are just complete time waster with no compassion. Based on the rest of the reviews here... no matter how nice a property may be you had better find one, let by someone else. It is never worth putting up with horrible people like this! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! ... Read more
