Not returned my deposit - having to take Shaz to court. Lies upon lies. Please avoid. Ignore the probably made-up positive reviews. Bills unpaid by the agency throughout tenancy leading to constant threats of having power/water cut off by utility companies. They are scammers and ridiculously unorganised (maybe on purpose).... DO NOT RENT HERE. When I moved into my room I was promised various issues e.g. (heavy damage) with the kitchen would be solved quickly. After many reminders there was absolutely no effort to do so and I decided to move out at the end of my 3 month contract. It's now been EIGHT months, and I'm still waiting for my deposit. After countless attempts to contact them (the pinnacle was when they left me outside of their office to wait in the cold for two hours while "someone was coming", but then never arrived.) I have no other choice but to undertake legal action over this. Various other people I have spoken to that were also tenants of Premier Moves have not been paid their deposit. Please save yourself this extreme headache AND DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY HERE.... Read more
