Holly came to do a valuation on my property. She gave me an honest assessment of the value of my property and also adviced on would and wouldn’t add value. Very competitive on price, but I feel the service is what makes her stand out.
A have noticed a lot of there for sale boards in the area and they don’t stay up for long, which is a good sign that they sell properties quickly and price them correctly,
When I come to sell I won’t be using anybody else.

From start to finish the team at Price have been fantastic from starting us out on the road to selling our property. We had a wonderful initial meet up, fantastic photography and marketing and great communication every step of the way. Everyone here is lovely, friendly and helpful and they’re always responsive to queries and happy to assist with anything they can. Absolutely outstanding service and advice from the team at Price Independent Estate Agents. We are moving to York for work and were totally unfamiliar with the different areas that would meet our requirements. Gem and Sophie have been amazing, offering plenty of good honest advice which was particularly appreciated so we didn't have a long wasted journey to York only to discover the house wasn't suitable as has happened with other agencies. It has been so refreshing to deal with them and, although we have yet to find our next house, their candid advice and ability to process our requirements and make suitable suggestions has been invaluable. A great team to deal with and an expert knowledge of the York market and surrounds.

We used Holly to sell our rental property. We were really happy with the advert for the property and the walk around video. Very impressive! The photos really did the property justice in comparison to another large estate agent we had used several months earlier. The house sold to the first person to view it so that was great.
I did feel however that once we had agreed a price with the buyers the communication from Holly and her team was less efficient to what it had been. I had to chase them up on some occasions and some information i messaged them got missed. All quite minor things but never the less frustrating when you are paying for a service.
I did email Holly to thank her after completion and also gave her some honest feedback about how I felt communication had lacked (as I know that constructive feedback is good way to improve) but I was disappointed that I did not recieve a response (despite being asked to provide feedback twice).
I believe that they have employed an admin assistant since they sold my property so I hope this aspect has improved. All in all, Holly and Sophie were lovely people to deal with when I did speak to them and they sold my property quickly so in that respect we were happy customers. However, communication could've been better.

We engaged Holly as our estate agent, having seen her work on a property we had seen advertised. She seemed very professional and really innovative so we were really excited to engage with her.
From the initial conversation I knew she would do an excellent job. She works as an independent so was 100% focussed on selling our property and getting us the right price.
She was a joy to work with and her vision and creativity really helped show our property in the best possible light. At every stage we had a dedicated service from Holly, our initial contact was at 930pm on a saturday evening - thats tells you what you need to know about Holly!
It was a dream to have Holly with us all the way, from prepping the house for sale, the photography and video work was really inspiring, she grafted to show people round any day, any time! and asked for lots of information so she knew everything to respond to viewers questions. We always got prompt feedback - as she had been the one showing them round! It was really great.
When we looked at homes for us, Holly was always on the end of the phone to help us with regards to pricing, making offers - she was an absolute gem! She promises a lot and delivers far beyond your expectation.
Holly's quote wasn't the cheapest, but to be honest it didn't stop us choosing her as our estate agent. The rapport, friendship, professionalism and outright passion she showed struck a cord with us - and we will never regret this decision - she was worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent - she delivered and more for us!

I have absolutely no regrets signing up with Holly to be our estate agent. She is very professional and personable and I felt like we were working together to sell our house. She kept great communication throughout the process using emails, phone calls or WhatsApp to keep us up to date all the time (even sending us pictures of our cats when she came to do viewings). She kept us up to date with the market conditions, so we could make proactive decisions on when to remarket the property with new pictures or when to lower the price.
We had a difficult time selling our house (as a lot of people have in these uncertain times) we had a buyer back out and another offer fall through due to them not being able to afford the offer they made. Holly persevered though it all, she remained positive and professional and got us through it! Holly and her team took some amazing photos of our house which really helped with the viewings and the ultimate price we sold our house for.
If I ever sell a house again I will 100% be coming back to Holly!

As an independent, Holly stood out from the other estate agents from the beginning . Rather than just appear at the house with a load of printed off google searches and give me her opinion, she took time to understand my circumstances and what I was trying to achieve.
At every stage of the process it was focussed on what I wanted and I never felt that I was being pushed or sold to. Together we set out a plan and as she is very well connected she had found a buyer before the house had gone on the market, had I been willing to accept their offer and move out very quickly.
The house was marketed perfectly - timing , presentation, price - and sold in a week. Really it was in the time that followed where Holly really shone. She was doing the chasing for me before I’d asked and kept me regularly updated. Messages and calls were answered immediately and nothing is too much trouble.
I would recommend Holly without hesitation, and will be using her again on another sale very soon. If every estate agent was like her, the profession would have a much better reputation.

If you are looking for a very personalised service Holly is the person. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I like that she is not restricted to office hours and her communication is excellent. I felt like she was only working for us even though I knew she was busy. If you are selling or looking for something to buy I would definitely recommend talking to her.

Holly was recommended to us by members of our local facebook community. Upon meeting her we felt confident in her ability to sell our house and to obtain the best possible price for it. Within a few days she arrived with Paul her photographer and they proceeded to photograph and video our much loved family home. Within days we were able to see their stunning photos and were very pleased indeed in how professional they looked. Holly introduces the video and her enthusiasm is evident. Holly was great. Allowed extra time for initial viewing so we didn't feel rushed and was happy to sort a second visit at a time to suit us. Answered any queries often within a few hours and was really accommodating when we requested additional photos or information from the vendors. She did a great job keeping on top of the solicitors and updating us on progress which made life so much easier and maybe even helped speed up completion. Definitely would recommend Holly; you know you're getting her undivided attention and not getting passed from pillar to post (as been our experience with some agents we have dealt with). Not planning on moving any time soon but if we were I think we'd know who to call :-)

Holly is lovely and had lots of knowledge of the house my partner and I were viewing with her. She had a lot of time for us and could answer any questions we had.
