Price Wallace Letting Agents were simply brilliant to me when I was in 'dire straits' in regard to letting out one of my flats. I dealt with Ruth who is not only super efficient but she is also a really lovely person to deal with. She offered me great advice, she was very knowledgeable in regard to the rental market, she bent over backwards (not literally I hasten to say!) to sort my flat out and to find a really good tenant almost immediately after my previously trashed flat had been renovated. My advice for what its worth is.....if you have a 'problematic' house or flat and a pretty awful experience of nightmare tenants who have wrecked your property, then just call Price Wallace and ask to speak to Ruth. You will be delighted with her willingness to sort your problems out, advise you very thoughtfully about what you need to do and then, the icing on the cake, she will find you a great tenant. They did the job that they are there to do, were very prompt to undertake the relevant checks, find me a tenant, and carry out the 'check-out' processes once the tenant had moved out. Margaret was my contact person towards the end, Ruth before that. Margaret was very efficient in sending the necessary information to the tenant after they had moved out. Very impressed with the outcome, professionalism, and efficiency, especially from Margaret. There were times when communication could have been better, but I still feel the overall experience is worth a 5 star review. Despite communication not always being their strong point, Price Wallace is still heads and shoulders above my previous experiences with Letting Agents.
