If I could give 0 I would. Refused to fix any issues, was without a washing machine for 5 months from the date I moved in - despite me making every reasonable attempt to fix it/get them to fix it. Refuse to respond to contacts or fix issues. Do not rent from these people, I have rented many flats over the years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.... Read more

Virtually impossible to get any kind of reply from anyone. I will never hear from mthe same person, every email has been a new person. No way to make and enquiry or complaint to them hense this. I will get an email that says at the end to reply so I do and then get nothing back from them. I would report problems just to be ignored completely. They are the most useless company I have seen and clearly don't actually care about people who use there service. Such a waste of time and effort... Read more

The worst service I have ever received from a housing agency, independent landlords are far much better than this company. Everyone is not eager to help, their customer service is appalling and they take no accountability for their mistakes. Arrogant, unhelpful and sneaky bunch. I wouldnt rent from these people even if I was at the point of homelessness, LESSON LEARNT. They actually make my worse experience in renting the best compared to the experience I have faced with them. Rent with them at your own risk and hold on to your seats for the worst rent experience you will ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would, at first I thought they were genuine. Read their advertisement include water and council tax were included however I learned the hard way they changed the contract and due to being dyslexic I failed to pick out the change as it was a hmo building. There was constant problems with the sink in the washroom. With the toilets and the washing machine. To add insult I had a mouse problem resulting in months of sleepless nights as I had to deal with people coming and going, there was problems with the pipes for the shower and sink. Due to being so thin the pipes would clog and affect downstairs in a flood. No matter how many times I tried to get help the issue kept continuing. I had issues with the council demanding money as I had not paid for years I tried to speak to p4i and they flat out denied responsibility and I was at fault despite being in a hmo building. I had tried chasing it up for months to no avail. Leaving me distressed and upset. There was an issue with the doors as they put something on it making it swing to a close before you can stop it. As a result I had to pay the person who holds the spare keys money just to get in even though it is not my fault. Lastly, I turned in my notice and followed the correct procedure in telling them i am moving out. However despite claiming they would give me my deposit back. I have yet to obtain it. Very tough experience with this company. Reported damp and water ingress almost immediately after moving in from the roof but nothing was done in the two years I was there. They withheld £200 of deposit for cleaning, claiming the flat had been left in a ‘very poor state’ - it was spotless. All appliances, skirts and door frames, floors, inside cupboards, everywhere was thoroughly cleaned before I left. It was clean enough for them to take photos for the letting advert, as a letter from the council for the ‘new occupier’ was clearly visible in the photos on the table where I’d left it! They simply lied through their teeth for an extra £200 because the £24k I paid in rent seemingly wasn’t quite enough for them. Due to legal fees, it would have cost me extra to pursue it - something they are obviously aware of! Seriously, just swerve them.... Read more

Stay away from this company !!! Absolute shambles. I can’t wait to move out of what was supposed to be a happy time buying my new property. We are taking them to court along with p4i. I have been calling them every day bc the washing machine and the sink stop working a little bit more than 3 weeks ago, I CANT WASH MY CLOTHES, WORK UNIFORMS AND MY BABYS CLOTHES, ALSO I CANT COOK BECAUSE I CANT WASH MY DISHES!!!!!!! I HAVE A 8 MONTHS OLD BABY I CANT LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!! i call every day and leave msg, i send emails and phone msg and NOTHING im still waiting. I wish i could move from the flat but i cant afford it atm! Since i moved they promised to fix a wall in the living room and i have been here 1 year, many times asked to fix a lot of problems and apparently everything is our fault but a couple of months before the last tenants told us they had the same problems... (?) The flat keeps falling apart and THEY DONT CARE. JOSEPH, PLEASE!!!! Moved out on 1st September from a flat in Norwich. We're now trying to get our deposit back via the Deposit Protection Scheme. We've submitted our application and they've gone completely silent. I am also aware that new tenants have now moved into the flat! Please for your own sanity do not use these cowboys. I am more than willing to take this lot to court if I do not get a reply. If you are considering renting/buying with this lot PLEASE DO NOT!!! Joel, Ari, Hindy I wish you nothing but bad luck I have now got a beautiful new home with a reputable company (1st home) and am ready to move on from this nightmarish 2 years - once I get my deposit back.... P4i is the most unprofessional and disgraceful landlord out there AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The positive reviews on here are fake (checkout allagents for the real reviews). We have been writing and calling to them for over a month to resolve our issue with a return of deposit. They are impossible to make contact with and have been some of the rudest people I have ever spoken to in a professional setting. We have felt completely mistreated purely for being tenants and nobody is actually listening to what I have been saying and trying to explain. As a result of no check-ins being done in a house that changed flat sharers lots of times over 7 years, we are now being held accountable for this "damage" which they have no evidence for. The woman in the office literally spoke to me like she was a stroppy teenager, "what you gonna do about it" and "oh ur gonna tell me how to do my job" - its absolutely SCARY that these people are allowed to operate a business.
