Last May I purchased a bungalow on a retirement complex from Stephen Pring. It was exactly what I wanted and with an agreed private sale of my property already in place what could go wrong? Well, the list was endless due largely to my buyers poor choice of representation . Steve, although not my agent was a tower of support and helpful advice and without whose constant encouragement I would have given up. With him it wasn’t just about a property sale it was about the people involved and their stories, rare I’m afraid in much of the business world of today. Eventually I move on 19 January 2021 and am now settled happily in my new home. Thankyou, Steve, for everything .
