A fleming
As a Landlord living abroad I used this company for years. I needed a company that would care for and maintain the property and needs of the tenants as well. They were excellent in every way. Everything was done in a friendly but professional manner. No task was too much and at the close of tenancy they made it seamless and easy right to the end. I'd highly recommend.

I have lived in this property for around a year and a half and have had trouble from the start. They have no care about the property standards and only care about you giving them rent! Stay away if you value a stress free life

Lived in a property for over 2 years and moving out due to the inaction of repairs.
The staff are all friendly (to face) and pleasant to talk to.
In property over the years several issues occured, one being after a large storm, huge cracks running the ceiling appeared and since have spread to surrounding rooms since, several cracks om wall with top section appearing further out. I was ignored on this front
Wall paper in bathroom was never pleasant, top layer pealed off to show that mold underneath never resolved and just hidden.
My texts show i have been waiting since before may to get window repairs carried out with inspections then, not the most important but wood is rotten on outside and vacuum seal burst on one. After u asked for this repair they put the rent up!
For the 3rd time I've had the excuse that they had the wrong number, could take this the first time, not after, was advised contacted wrong number yet had full up to date info.
The agency should make sure repairs are carried out and correct numbers supplied, even then waiting this long should not happen, and not with "the engineer has tried to contact you", certainly has not bar a text on june 29th saying he'll be out in a week.
Further when sorting an outflow pipe, several tiles broke in kitchen with spares in flat, these were just left smashed and hanging out.
Understandably this is a cheap property to let through agency, some liability lies with owner who lives in london but was never seen, fact that agency will cut corners for this owner, especially with just adding new sheets of wall paper on top (counted 3 sheets in total) to hid prior mold from condensation is wrong.
