Take lots of pictures when you leave, very good chance you will have to fight to get your deposit back.
They tried to take £263 mainly for professional carpet cleaning and carpet wear and tear which they cannot charge by law. I had to go to the DPS to resolve. Be wary.

Worst and most incompetent estate agents in the UK.
If you challenge them on their incompetence and lack of any common sense they ignore you and become argumentative.
They cannot accept they are useless and I’ve honestly never experienced anything like them.
Used an old inventory with old photos because they couldn’t be bothered to take new pics. Inventory wasn’t given at point keys were provided and I had to chase them for it.
Gave me out of date top up Utility cards in different peoples names but couldn’t tell me how to top them up, or where the meters were!!!!
Bedroom light had chewing gum in it. Disgusting.
Property had no working letterbox or electricity OR hot water for days when we moved in.
The properties they let out are in shoddy order, with mould growing in it, not properly cleaned and then they expect you to foot the bill for cleaning (we didn’t pay them a penny btw)
But what really sealed it for us was the landlord breaching data protection by sharing my information without any reason.
I raised a complaint and chased several times and got ignored by Helen Challis (who is chief of the incompetent) and then got passed to someone else, Savannah Hunt, also thick as s***.
Ok all occasions they ignored my complaint.
But, I must say, this terrible experience in a disgusting, mouldy flat, has been a blessing in disguises as we were able to leave the tenancy early and purchase our own home. So thank you QL for being absolute tools :D
Good luck to anyone who has to let with or through this disaster of a company.
I would stay away if you want a stress free tenancy.

This agency blame me for the high turnover og of tenants. 8lzin fact it was a drunk whose life is so empty that she watched the website to see if that house was available. She wrote malicious letters to each tenant. She is the cause of the problems. I could not understand why the tenants became hostile to me. I have been tortured by high pitch sounds, assaulted, and lied about on Facebook.This morning, 2 employees were at another house, illegally parked and blocking my footpath. They refused to move the 2 vehicles and one was extremely rude. I took
phone calls for this company for 3 weeks. The police know. I have never had an apology or compensation for my time. When I went in to apologise for a misunderstanding all i got was rudeness. They libeled me last time I wrote a review. All the calls I took were from angry tenants. Such unpleasant behavior is unacceptable . They tell lies about the house in my road to attract tenants which leads to anti social behaviour. The police are aware. The anti social behaviour never stops and Quay Living doesn't care.

I have attempted to get viewing for multiple properties within last two weeks by calling and sending emails. Zero response to emails and always the person who takes the call says the person who manages the property is OUT and will respond to emails. It’s high time the management engages the persons who are more efficient.

Service from the so called women is disgusting they speak down to people with a sneer and try and belittle people in front of their colleagues and other people in there, never seen sure awful service from people in hospitality.
