I would like to say thank you to Katy, Lilly and Zoe. We sold our house with Bennetts and could not have asked for a better agent. The girls achieved us a fantastic price for our house when another agent had not even got us viewings. Whenever we called the office they were happy to speak to us. kept us updated at all times. When we had a mortgage problem Zoe helped us and explained everything even though we didn't do our mortgage with her we certainly will next time. Just bought my first flat with my girlfriend, and from beginning to end the whole team were fantastic! Nothing was too much hassle for them, they always quickly responded to any queries that we had and just made the moving process so much easier for us! From the start to finish of my house sell, RA Bennetts were professional, friendly and beyond helpful, often going above and beyond what would normally be expected of Estate Agents. Thanks to their excellent marketing techniques and contacts, my house was sold within 2 weeks at a good price. However, their service didn't end when the offer was accepted. They were constantly providing updates on positions up and down the chain allaying any fears that may have arisen prior to exchange of contracts and completion. Me and my partner used Zoe to arrange our mortgage, she was very efficient and kept us well informed throughout the whole process! We did not have to worry about a thing including solicitors as Zoe did everything for us which was very helpful as we both work full time! Kate and Lilly were also both amazing and even though we did not end up buying through the office they couldn't do enough for us during our search. Zoe at R.A.Bennett & Partners helped me re-mortgage my first apartment. I was so impressed by her service, being able to reduce my term by 20 years and keep the monthly payments the same.
