This experience has totally changed my perspective on the role of estate agency. I used to be sceptical, and (misguidedly) think that estate agents didn’t really do much to earn their commission. This really wasn’t the case with Raine and Co. The team were all great, in particular Andy Dodd the Sales Progressor from the Codicote office, who played an absolutely pivotal role, by acting as the crucial intermediary between the buyer and seller, and both parties solicitors. Can’t thank Andy enough for his continuous support, perseverance and professionalism throughout. Special thanks also to Mike Marsh for his expert guidance and advice at the beginning of the process. I would have absolutely no hesitation with recommending Raine and Co and would absolutely use them again in the future. Fantastic service, 10/10.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with raine & co. When we asked for updates we were called rude and got ignored. This branch seems to have a bad culture & really poor customer service and professionalism (they behave very cliquey). I would avoid especially if you’re a first time buyer as we were undermined and spoken to really badly. Would never use them again.

Really bad experience - unfortunately we did not get treated well here, and what should have been an exciting experience was ruined. We were ignored and called rude when asking for updates on the progress (including from the owner who had no details of the case). We were very undermined and spoken to rudely by more than 1 member of the team. Will never ever use Raine & Co again as their working culture & customer service is very poor.

Branch Manager Jackie provided an efficient, professional and friendly service from start to finish. Very prompt at replying to emails and queries to ensure there were no delays in the process. Was a great intermediary between myself and the vendors and kept me informed along the way. I really couldn’t recommend her more highly.

She has communicated clearly ensuring any issues in the chain were explained to everyone. She kept everything moving, despite the difficulties I had with selling my flat and the impact of the pandemic. I am really grateful to her and I would highly recommend using Raine and Co.
