Very irresponsible, we cannot trust this agency especially for the person who is new to this country. They provide zero support for the customers. Me and my colleagues end up in paying a huge amount to Greenwich council as this agency failed to update the adress with the new tenant after we left the property a year ago.

The best agents we’ve liaised with in london! Not only Valerie and Sumaiyah have been extremely kind and collaborative, but they have been keeping in contact with us to support during the whole process of finding a new apartment to rent and handling the paperwork. They’ve been very approachable and kept constant communication via whatsapp. I strongly recommend them as letting and estate agents

Moving to the United Kingdom was a scary thought. So many questions in my mind. One of the biggest one was housing arragements.
However, it was a privilege to meet the staff of Charles Knight Letting Agency. Their members of staff are professional, friendly and efficient with the services they offer.
What was even more grand for me is that fact that when i really needed a place to rent that was convenient for food, shopping, transport, work, and most importantly within my budget, these folks were able to match me with the most suitable options in a matter of moments.
The preparation process took merely a few days and just like that i was in a comfortable living space.
I was also impressed with the fact that the staff avail themselves for inquiries. They' re in constant contact with you giving updates about your progress.The guidance they provided when completing the necessary paper work was exceptional..

Truly outstanding service by the team at Charles Knight in Lewisham. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Aryan and Valerie, both of whom have been great in helping me rent the property I sought. Between the helpful viewing, working on finalising the tenancy contract in less than a week, and ensuring that my questions are promptly addressed, the whole process couldn’t have been smoother.

Our letting experience through Charles Knight was very swift and smooth. As we were renting a flat for the first time ever, we had reservations about how all the process will go through. We had a viewing and the same evening we made an offer. After it was accepted by the landlady, all the formalities as in references and credit checks were done very smoothly and in timely manner. Extremely glad we chose Charles Knight to rent our ideal one bedroom flat. Special thanks to Valerija and Sumaiyah. They responded to all our queries and were helpful all the way. Cheers.

Great at losing your deposit. Moved out 3rd of the month. Landlord gave them authority to release full deposit back to me on 12th. 29th I find out they sent it on 28th to my landlord instead of me. Absolutely useless. I've asked for their complaints procedure but doubt I'll receive this. Unfortunate because they were good when I let the flat from them originally; just terrible at the end of tenancy admin and now they've lost my deposit.

5 years ago I contacted Remax to rent a flat and luckily I got Neil as my agent. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very professional when any problems arose and went above and beyond his job to resolve any situations. Very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Remax First since they hire agents like Neil.

Neil and his team are without doubt one of the best agencies I have used. My first point of contact was Rejin who was able to show me the apartment at short notice and was more than helpful in explaining agreements and policies. Valerie made contact the following morning to assist in my booking deposit and further questions. My application was urgent and complicated as we needed accommodation ASAP due to family sickness and were only here on holiday. Valerie, Rejin and Shahena were always available for advice and assistance. Finally, I can't thank Neil enough for all of his help and assistance with moving in. I would highly recommend Neil and his team for any property letting or sales within the Borough.
