Stan and Harry were first class when buying our new house through RE/MAX. Genuine, honest and realistic updates were always given.
We had a bit of nightmare with the below chain and the guys went above and beyond to try and get things moving again. They really made the difference.
We used a high street estate agent when selling our previous home and the difference with dealing with RE/MAX was night and day. We spoke Harry\Stan daily and felt they were doing more for our sale than our actual agent was. They way they communicated with our solicitors was also really efficient.
The next time we are selling, we will 100% use these guys to sell our house. The service was exceptional.

Mel has been great from the off, very helpful, happy and polite. Always willing to help and go that extra mile. The whole process was very smooth, viewings were arranged and carried out with ease.
After several months on the market our house sold to a cash buyer and it all went through really quickly! I’d recommend Mel / ReMax to anyone!????

I got one viewer in 9 weeks and 4 calls, 1 of those because i called for an update..i was not kept updated at all until I contacted them for updates, very disappointed with the service

Office staff were not impressive and office hours seemed to vary a lot . Not impressed . Didn’t feel they proactively pushed our property even though the property we were buying was also marketed by them . ( double fees)

Very irresponsible, we cannot trust this agency especially for the person who is new to this country. They provide zero support for the customers. Me and my colleagues end up in paying a huge amount to Greenwich council as this agency failed to update the adress with the new tenant after we left the property a year ago.
