Was at a Red Key property for 2 and a half years. We outgrew the property, was just a bit small for us now but no problems. Any issues raised with RedKey were resolved quickly and regular gas safety checks completed. The move out was straight forward and the Tenancy Deposit was worked out fairly in my opinion. Overpriced for a tiny one bed apartment. Kicked my friend out who was struggling with depression and messing him around with the end of tenancy agreement. Only gave him a week to move out of the flat. Avoid this lettings agency!! Biggest rip offs ever... Read more

Utter waste of time. Went for a viewing this week to a property that Red Key Lets we’re advertising, and all seemed positive, and was told I would get a call in the afternoon to confirm if all was ok or not. No call whatsoever, and found out online the property is now let. Not even a courtesy call, which is quite rude. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time if I was you.... Read more

I attended a viewing a few weeks ago with Richard. Richard advised that I would receive a call from him shortly after to confirm if I was successful or not, this did not happen. In my head I already new I did not get the property from comments Richard made on the viewing however, a call would have been nice. I will never use this agency again a complete waste of time.... They called me on 29th of July, 2023 to view a property in Alicia Crescent near East Dock Road, Newport but they never turned up at the property. I waited for nearly an hour. I sent a text message and even called them. But they never replied back. I felt really helpless.... Read more

I tried to rent a property through this agency. If you call them you are asked to complete a form. I did that three times. If you email them they ask you to complete a form. I gave them a lot of information, but they didn't have the courtesy to reply. They have one star because I can't give them none. Complete waste of time.... Read more
