My husband and myself decided to go through this agent this week with our house in Jacob Street. Not only has he found us a tenant very quickly, he has found us a tenant that will do the work required in the property. Highly recommended

Only putting 1 star, as have to. These have been a nightmare in dealing with regards letting. No protected deposit. Totally lying and deceitful. Apparently they went out of business in Dec 2015 according to them (even though that was same month as start of my tenancy!) and they are clearly still in business. Even when taken to court, they have given false evidence and lied to get away with full judgement. However Judgement was made against them after a 2 year long case. Would never recommend to anyone! Just awful, dishonest and arrogant.
