Unprofessional, careless and incompetent people with appalling properties. A combination of everything that can go bad, handling rotten properties with cheating attitude, a cocktail of horror. And of course deposit scammers. Possibly the worst I've seen in any type of business. Tantamount to delinquents.... Read more

Do not protect your deposit. Will not give you 24 hours notice (and sometimes no notice) before letting themselves into your house. I've come downstairs to find strange men in my home that they have given the keys to and then not informed me we would be having work done, which was obviously terrifying, illegal, and happened over and over despite my complaints. So many things were never fixed unless you chase them for days, and maybe not even then. I cannot recommend less.... Read more

AVOID THEM LIKE PLAGUE Deposit Scammers and cheaters. They never respond to your email or calls and if something has broken down, you will need to fix it yourself coz they take 1 month on average to even send someone. When it comes to releasing deposit, they take months and a lot of chasing as you can see in other reviews here as well.... Read more

worst letting agency I have ever used. Not responsive, extremely non-professional and still charge heavy amounts for book keeping and paperwork. Their manager Manj Singh is probably the worst & rude manager in the whole UK. Avoid them at all costs.... Read more

Extremely non-professional, rude and cheeky staff especially their Manager Manj Singh who is a typical deposit scammer and fraudster. Will find every reason to lie and grab your deposit, the staff in the office is dumb they dont know what Manj is doing with clients. If you need a response from them, it takes 2-3 weeks on average. Will never recommend them or use them again... Read more

A terrible renting experience, constant chasing to get anything fixed, holes in ceilings, heating, burst radiator to name but a few. Office staff with a can't be arsed attitude who when faced with an emergency just say 'I'll have to ask my manager' who then never calls (even though you have called mutiple times while you have water gushing from your radiator or no heating when it's 2 degrees outside) Cowboy 'workmen' who watched a YouTube video on how to fix our boiler. For the sake of your sanity avoid at all costs.... Read more
