Don’t overlook regents just because they’re an independent agent.
I have instructed them for 12 years now - utilising both the rental side and the selling side.
Everyone is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, very pro-active & fantastic communicators.
I don’t live near my 2nd property and trust them completely to manage every aspect of renting it out on my behalf - from finding & checking respectable tenants, to sending in trades if a problem occurs.
Their hard work means the only stress I have is responding to their emails!
If I moved agents now, I’d be hard pushed to find a more down to earth & accommodating bunch.

My experience with Regent Estates has been Excellent!!! all round .
I had a 2 bedroom flat which needed refurbishment before it could become habitable again and Regents Estate basically got all the relevant people to do a great job for very competitive prices too!.
Not only that but they have now let it out
To top class tennants who have passed their stringent checks. I'm really happy.
I highly recommend Regent Estates
I'll be back there whenever I need such services again. I'll give them more Stars if it was possible .

Regents Estates have managed by property for me for the last 12months
and everything as been Spot on. first of all, finding me the right
tenants, and then managing them and the property.
has been a very good service, communication has alway been prompt and if any repairs have been needed, they know there stuff.
