Being a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect along the way and Zack stayed in contact with me throughout the process, he always called when they had taken on a property which suited my requirements and would also call just to see how my search was going and if any requirements had changed. I cannot fault Zack and he is an outstanding asset to Regents.
