I went to Remax as it was hard to let my flat in the local area via other agents due to Covid impact. Raj from the west kensington office was extremely helpful and helped me find a good long term tenant in a short space of time. The communication and entire process was really simple and they also charge far less than the other so called 'premium' agencies who give nothing extra in reality.... Read more

I have lived in one of the apartments that RE/MAX is managing and it was the worst experience ever. I do not recommend anyone to move into one of their apartments. From my experience the team and the management (Raj) are not reliable at all and are very unprofessional. - I needed repairs for several devices and it took weeks until they responded - Without me signing a contract extension, the agency told me that I am obliged to pay rent for one more year - After seven months of moving out, I still haven't received my additional rental payment that I am entitled to. The agency is not responding to any email nor calls. Moving into one of their apartments has made my stay in London a nightmare and I wish I would have decided to take another agency.
