Victoria Station is probably the most modern and nicest stations in the UK, plenty of food and drink places, whilst having access to lots of information boards. Also sign posting is very good and makes navigating to your platform pretty straight forward. I also like the fact its tidy.... Read more

It was an awesome experience indeed, I lived up north and just relocated to London. It's still very overwhelming how busy London is. I am sure I will love it here because everyone is involved in one activity or the other, lots of security and people willing to help with directions. Victoria Station is one of the biggest stations in London and you can actually go missing trying to find your way around, but then I was able to find my way still and I am very excited to be here.... Typical mainline railway station. Needs more seating areas near platforms 1-7. Although it is mostly a commuter station, if you are passing through on your way home, and have some time to wait for your train, you are always having to move out of the way. Really difficult if you are trying to have a hot drink and look after your suitcases. Also a distinct lack of rubbish bins/bags so nowhere to dispose of your cup/wrappings when you finish a snack.... I love Victoria station. The refurbishment they've done in the past years have made it look clean and tiny. The surrounding newly built building added extra touristic spots from foreign visitors. The layout taxi ways and buses in front of the station is now a lot tidier. There are few shopping malls nearby and loads of restaurants and hotel accommodations.... Read more

An iconic London terminus. ????????????
Arriving and departing London is made all the more sweeter when it's Victoria greeting you.
Services from here generally run very well but it's the the helpful staff and facilities itself that make the difference. With a fair sized shopping centre attached the amount of food and shopping options make waiting for a service much better.
It's location in Central means you are also a mere 15 minutes walk away from iconic sights such as Buckingham Palace/Big Ben/The Palace of Westminster.... Read more

Great hub station. Well organised, easy to navigate & find the platforms. Large departures & arrivals board available all around the station. Staff on site is helpful and ready to answer the travellers questions. Ticket machines available to purchase cards, top up oysters or buy a single journey ticket. Coffe shops and local supermarket available where sandwiches and drinks can be purchased.... Read more

Brilliant. I was happy last time to be there. It brings me lots of good memories since I firstly cane to London. The coffee shops were open and the staff all around is friendly. There is always an open Info Point if you have questions where to go or at what platform you shall wait. The station is huge, so a good knowledge of English always helps. Also, spatial orientation is a plus. The restrooms are clean and open to the public. There is a free entrance to the restrooms.... Read more
