My brother had used Reynolds Salter on a previous occasion, so when we were selling our late mother's property under probate, we called David Reynolds to value the property and suggest a marketing plan, along with two other agents.
David suggested a guide price valuation, followed by an open day for viewings, as he felt this would generate the best offers; we decided to go with them as sole agent.
In the end we had 14 viewings over two open days and 6 offers above the guide price. We accepted the best offer with the shortest chain rather than the top offer, and this meant the sale was completed quickly and easily.
I would recommend Reynolds Salter to anyone as highly professional advisors with a keen sense of the state of the market, and their experience in positioning our property was perfect.... Read more

Highly recommend Reynold salter’s estate agents. Scott and David were both a pleasure to deal with, and really made the effort to find us our perfect home.
We had been looking for 12 months and had a few bad experiences with other local agents missing out on ideal properties, the experience with Reynold Salter’s however was totally different. Scott and David were always honest, and worked hard to secure us a suitable property.
Best estate agent locally IMO. Also highly recommend their mortgage broker Jenna Ainge.
Thank you very much.... Read more

Reynolds Salter were very easy going and did all the basic marketing expected of an estate agent. However I did not feel they were the most dynamic and would find that extra factor that might gain/secure a sale.... Read more

Despite bad feedback from friends who had used reynolds salter I foolishly tried to use them for a short term rental property. we signed the contracts with 3 weeks to go before moving day and then started to book all the utilities in. With Just 1 week to go the "agent" scott called me to tell me the vendor had changed her mind and was now wanting to sell! it turned out the vendor had never actually singed the contract which the "agent" forgot to mention. we then confronted the vendor directly to be told the agent had lied about our situation and that was the reason she pulled out. As a property professional who deals with multiple transactions at any time, I find it frustrating when an understaffed agents will do anything including bending the truth to get a deal done.
I then had to chase for my referencing deposit to come back which just added insult to injury.... Read more

An actually pleasant experience purchasing a house! Scott was extremely helpful all the way through the buying process, and at no point were we made to feel stressed or worried about the sale not completing. I would certainly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Broxbourne area.... Read more

We were mainly assisted by Scott but both Scott and David were extremely helpful in the sale of our flat this year. They were very easy to get hold of at anytime, efficient, professional and most importantly got our flat sold with no hassle within weeks of putting it on the market. We would use Reynolds Salter in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Scott and David.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
