After providing a realistic valuation of our house and sound advice on the process involved, the house sold within four days of it being on the market. ..as a tenant, I say that they are not very communicative, they do not give all the information they receive from the owners, or from us to the owners, ON TIME, they are not very CLEAR
in emails (Especially Richard who tries to avoid talking to us after this problem)
...Yes, I knew, it was holidays, and nobody not answered and there would be trouble here, from what we heard...but the year has 365, the month is 30, the day is week 7, was it really that difficult to know the exact date, on the last mail??!??
...because if we knew more early, EXACTLY when the new owners want to start the renovations, we would act more urgently and move our things to a safe place (not to be damaged with the bulldozer, some things that belonged to us) or move out of here rush, we wouldn't be sitting with a small baby to endure pickaxes, chainsaws and noises very strong from 8 o'clock in the morning!
...It's a very bad situation!!!!

Gave a realistic price to the house I was selling that was realised within 3 working days. Although the purchase of the new property went on longer than planned, I was kept informed with it's progress regularly. Jon and Richard helped with the purchase and sale of our property in 2020. From start to finish the service was outstanding. Jon kept me updated every step of the way and no viewing was ever any trouble. We were informed promptly of the outcome of each viewing and they were both very active in their approach. Jon & Richard helped us with a recent property sale and their service from start to finish was second to none. We have used multiple local agents before with mixed experience but RH are incredibly efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
RH generated genuine interest in our property before any online listings were published, they dealt with all viewings around our plans and work commitments and provided clear concise feedback throughout.
