I originally posted this on Google but somehow it got removed. I am submitting this review again because of the absolutely terrible experience I had when purchasing my property. A lot of over promising and fake negotiating to have the house to a certain standard when I moved in. NONE of what was agreed was fulfilled and there was no attempt to resolve this. As soon as they got their commission I was ghosted. WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN MILTON KEYNES

The whole team was incredibly helpful in the decision making of finding the correct property whether we moved into it or rent it out. The level of service we received was second to none, even when issues popped up Ian went above and beyond to get everything back on track, at one point even finding us a new buyer within 2 weeks of our buyer pulling out.

We received a very professional and friendly service from Ian and his team, they immediately took the stress from us in selling our home.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again, thank you Ian! The whole process was quick, easy and was turned around efficiently with the support from Joanna and James. We were supported from the whole process and Joanna and Ian were always on the end of the phone when we needed them!

The initial experience is impressive, responsive - Everything is clearly explained, quickly executed and something I truly support, it is kept simple.
They are very engaged and very personally, viewings arranged with good notice, feedback prompt and honest.
All the team take pride in their work and represent the business professionally.
I’m very happy to state, I would NOT use an online-solution and given I had the smallest of buyer-chain, it was not the most straight forward of sale and without the personal engagement from Ian and his passion in getting the job done, the popular online-solutions would not have been able to cope or assist
