By far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional, honest and trustworthy. Joshua, Gavin and Tom were a pleasure to work with and kept us informed at every step along the way. We found my mother-in-law’s retirement flat through Rice and Roman and they did a great job of selling her old home. She is 85, widowed and had lived in her family home for 52 years. The team at Rice and Roman had an abundance of patience and understanding throughout what was a time of great change for her. I can neither thank them enough, or recommend them highly enough. Rice & Roman have restored my faith in estate agents! Josh, Gavin & Tom have been remarkable in their ability to attend to the specific needs of my mother-in-law. Josh understood precisely the type of property she was looking for and found one that she fell in love with... and that was all during lockdown 1! We have been treated with great kindness and empathy. Their professionalism is outstanding and they get the job done efficiently and with grace. I observed how well Josh knows the residents and staff in the retirement homes. They are clearly very fond of him. We have always been updated immediately with news on the move. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to buy or sell a retirement property.
