Bad at communicating. They don't give you appointment for viewings if you don't fulfil their criteria for example if you are a cash buyer

I dealt with Laura in relation to the actual sale, who was brilliant. Kept me up to date re progress and responded very quickly to any queries. The Sales Team were also very good. Gareth, Kelly and others in the team also. Obliging and efficient even during Covid.
