Claire at Oulsnam has been super helpful right from Valuation of my property, through to exchange/completion. Communication has been wonderful, and there was no hassle with arranging viewings. Her friendly approach is what made her stand out from other estate agents too - no question has been any trouble. I was fortunate that my house was only on the market for a week before a sale was agreed - but it was nice to feel we had trust in our agent - which made the process so easy. Claire has also kept in contact regularly throughout, giving updates and checking in, ensuring we have all the information we need. Would definitely recommend Oulsnam! We could not be happier with the team at Oulsnam in Droitwich. Angela, Claire and Trina have all been absolutely fantastic when helping us find the right buyer for our home, and in helping us find our new home. Claire went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, after spending time to listen to and find out about our very specific requirements, and kept us in our thoughts when new properties came to light. The whole team were so patient with us, and as we were very nervous about the whole process they spent ample time answering our questions, providing us with information and putting our minds at ease. We felt they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy when asked questions about marketing our house, and for what price, and we were very pleased with the outcome of our house sale. We really appreciated their honesty with finding us the right buyer, making sure they were reliable, and we really believe they cared about making sure we were in a good chain. Angela even went out of her way to contact us back on a Sunday, which although is not expected, it showed dedication to the job and passion for the work that they do. Without a doubt I would recommend using Oulsnam's services and would feel completely safe in the knowledge that they will look after you throughout the whole process. I have just recently sold my late fathers house using Robert Oulsnam, I can say they have kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Even when we hit delays due to probate they went above and beyond to assist us. A special mention should be given to Angela who was truly excellent and provided an exceptional service. Top marks all round.

What a brilliant team at Droitwich . Highly recommend them. They were all aware of our purchase and at what stage it was at when I contacted them. When things got tough during the purchase the girls turned every stone to push it along. They have amazing patience and awareness of what customers require. Oulsnams are selling my late mothers house and the progress has been faultless. I am not going name which member of staff was outstanding.THEY WERE ALL OUTSTANDI!!!!
