I am giving 3 stars because understandably Corona Virus has disrupted our move. However Roberts were very slow with arranging for an EPC of our property despite taking payment when we first put it on the market In February. We have also had to chase contact as they have not been forthcoming with any updates.... Read more

We sold the house almost immediately after it going on the market. We had serious issues with the buyers chosen mortgage company . However, Jane Fisher worked tirelessly to problem solve at every obstacle we encountered. She rang me with daily updates , as well as being a lovely person she is a consummate professional .
