They handled my sale very professionally and in what is normally a stressful experience for a seller and provided great support in constantly providing feedback on viewings and other advice as the sales progressed. When it came down to the closing stages they were extremely proactive in interacting with the other agent and all parties solicitors in keeping things moving. All the staff were so professional and very friendly and helped to guide me through everything. I would strongly recommend Robertson's to anyone looking to sell, and even to those wishing to buy a property. 10 out of 10!

From the moment of instruction, Dave was proactive and super efficient. The house was photographed and on the market within days, he emailed his database of prospective buyers, and within a week we had three serious prospects! Dave kept everyone informed throughout the whole process, with a thorough and responsive service right up to completion and move day. Five stars plus! Highly recommend!

Using Robertsons with Dave Pering as our agent was 100% the best decision we made when putting our house on the market. From the moment they were instructed, Dave arranged all the relevant documents/photographs etc extremely quickly and our house was market within a couple of days. He knew time was of the essence as we had secured a vacant property.
He kept us informed every step of they way with a WhatsApp “house move” group. Within the 1st week we had lots of viewings and it wasn’t long before we received several offers.
We accepted an offer but sadly this purchaser pulled out last minute. Dave was extremely efficient in re marketing our house and helping us find another buyer. Dave worked extremely hard, going above and beyond to secure the sale.
We honestly can’t thank Dave enough for all his hard work and professionalism but mainly helping us to keep our faith and sanity through a very stressful time.

We would whole heartedly and with full confidence recommend James Donald from Robertsons to anyone considering selling their home. James has always been the consummate professional and is very personable and friendly. From the outset James gave us advice, as it was a long time since we had moved but was never pushy. He gave us great confidence that he knew the local market and village well and the marketing of our home was superb. James is an excellent communicator and worked tirelessly often late giving us information on and feedback from viewings. James did all the viewings and worked hard at all times. We had a lot of interest very quickly due to his diligence and he was always on hand by phone and email with advice and expertise. He was always responsive to any questions we had. James did not stop once the offer was accepted but kept the sale progressing at all times. When our first sale fell through he was quickly to the rescue and sold our house again very quickly despite the changing market. He was on hand through exchange and completion ensuring everyone was progressing things as quickly as possible including liaising with solicitors . James has kept in touch since we moved and we could not recommend him highly enough for all he has done. Thank you James.
