Chris has been amazing. It was a tricky leasehold purchase and he has basically project-managed the entire thing, communicating regularly with all the stakeholders, streamlining what would otherwise have been quite disastrous. Chris has great contacts in the industry and when my conveyancers let me down, he recommend Cook Taylor Woodhouse, who were seamless in terms of the service they provided, especially since we were working under enormous time pressure. Overall very positive experience, they were proactive at getting people through the door and my home sold in less than a week. Communication has been very good - always answer the phone or call straight back. Only very minor negative was lack of ‘professional’ photos, but as I said, we sold within a week so this proved unnecessary anyway. Would absolutely recommend them.
