I would like to say a huge Thank you to Nick for being so amazing throughout the whole journey of purchasing our new home. We could not have done this without him.
He has been a fantastic support from the moment we met him. He took ownership throughout always there at the end of the phone providing reassurance and guidance, explaining what was happening at different stages. Nick chased solicitors, third parties and even our estate agents who were slack to help push things along. Nick was constantly there as a support helping us with the various hurdles along the way.
We really appreciate how genuine he was from the outset. Open, honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much for making one of the most stressful 5 months of our lives that bit easier. I highly recommend Nick to anyone buying or selling their home.

The team led by Ben were very proactive and reassuring and always responded in a timely manner to any query as was Carol Cope on post sales who was simply the nicest person to deal with while I was waiting for everything to “go through”.. I have recently sold my property through Robinson Jackson and they have provided good service overall. They kept me informed on a regular basis on how the things were going with the sale and helped a lot in moving conversations forward between the two solicitors as we did hit a number of hurdles on the way.
However, I didn't feel supported in terms of sale price negotiation as the buyer kept pushing the price further down and even threatened to pull out a few times to get her way and this seemed to have a strong influence on Carol and Tracy. They kept convincing me to agree with the buyer's demands as if I would not be able to sell if I didn't agree. I don't know whether that is true or not as I didn't have time or energy to go to another estate agent but I felt pressurised as I really wanted to sell my property so just gave in. Hence, I am disappointed on this front.
Overall Robinson Jackson team were friendly and helpful and the sale process was fine.
