Outstanding service from Tegan and Alan, called Tegan to view property we were succesfull in securing, she offered to let us view that same night and offered to wait for incase incase we couldn't make it on time due to work commitments, allowed us loads of time to view property, keeping her way over her finish time. When selling current property Alan and Tegan were available the same night I called to give us a valuation, the property sold in 2 days. Diane and the extended team have been exceptional as our letting agents the past two years. You would be hard pressed to find a more responsive and professional team to look after you. It was always a pleasure dealing with them whenever we had to which was very rare but they were always quick to try and help resolve any problems that arose. As tenants it can feel like a "them and us" scenario when dealing with agents, like they are doing you the favour. That was simply not the case with Robinson Moore.
