Unfortunately had a bad experience lately with Robinsons, we rented until recently, god fobid if you have a major problem with the property you rent from them, they dont answer your emails or calls, its as if they dont care, they've got your money thats all they are interested in, thier employees make empty promises, perhaps they should just stick to selling houses, that way once it done you dont need to deal with them again

Excellent service from
Robinsons of Dunstable. I recently put my house up for sale with Robinson’s and from the get go, they were excellent to deal with.
Charlie took the lead on my sale and a buyer was generated in the first week. I received one offer within seven days. Not quite the offer I was after and due to unrelated circumstances I have taken my house off the market.
Charlie kept me fully updated at all times and there was never a query he couldn’t answer.
Once I go back on the market in about a year, I’ll definitely be giving Charlie a call to market my property again. 5/5 for me. Great service.
They also have links to a great solicitor. Once referred, they contacted me on the same day to discuss options. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robinsons of Dunstable. Thanks for all your efforts guys.

Very efficient service. Loads of communication. Phone calls, emails and text reminders for viewings which I find really useful when seeing multiple properties through different agents. This has been the best experience out of all the ones I have been dealing with. Very friendly agents too which is a bonus.

Good to have a family run business without the 'Corporate' methods. Good feedback from viewings. Property sale stalled due to Probate issues, although still confident in achieving a sale when we have 'Grant of Probate' approved.
