A RARE FIND in this cut throat industry where often you're treated just like a number with a lot of letting /sales agencies. If you're after a friendly, professional and knowledgeable Agency who have been in the business for a long time, then look no further. My experience was very positive in that it was obvious that they really care about their clients and will go the extra mile. I dealt with Jason Carlon and his team to help me secure a tenancy. We have had the most positive experience with Rochford Stokes being the managing agent of our lease. The London market is notoriously tough when looking for a place to rent and they were so helpful and fair in getting the place. They have also been fast responders to any queries or issues since living in the flat and they are always pleasant to deal with. Amazing estate agents who are all about the customer and not the obvious commission. Honest advice all the way through. No over pricing and the chasing to drop price. Kept informed all the way through. Ladies in the office thank you is not enough walked through doors at my lowest due to bereavement and need to sell. Advice support was very helpful. Sad to be going and not been able to find a new property which Rochford Stokes manages it … it’s understandable because of the crazy market right now . Rochford Stokes are more than 5 stars you guys are just amazing in everything, so professional so helpful we had a great 2 years living in a house that you manage .
