?? CONTACT YOUR LANDLORD DIRECTLY??
Lied to us about what our landlord had been saying.
Didn’t pass on questions we had to our landlord despite saying they would.
ADMITTED entering our rental without notifying us or asking us!!!
Took over a month to return over paid rent and our deposit.
Our landlord said we could leave early but they told us we were responsible for many more months despite numerous calls and emails.
PLEASE FIND YOUR LANDLORD ON FACEBOOK DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY.
COME ACROSS NICE ON THE PHONE BUT SLY AS HELL!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Going to trading standards, TPO, the media with all evidence. Awful.

This was the first time for me letting a house in the UK, I have always lived in student accommodation till date. I had a very different perspective in mind with all my friends telling me that it will be very difficult to get a house to rent in a new city. I was prepared for the worse, booked a few viewings and one of my first viewings was with TAYLOR HEPWORTH from the Romans Agency’s team, and it was an amazing experience to view a flat where the flat was even prettier than the pictures (tbh)
Finalised the home at that very second, Taylor guiding me throughout the process and excluding the weekend, we had all our checks and payments done and got the keys in 5 working days. I believe my friends when they tell me about their house hunting experience in the UK but I would definitely recommend Romans letting to all my friends and relatives for their next home in BRISTOL !

It’s been a full year now that I use Romans as my agency for a flat that I rent out. I am very happy with the overall all service and hence why I will keep using them in the future.

Taylor Hepworth is the reason why I use Romans to lease my property. Taylor is so attentive, well organised and takes control of & fixes any issues you may have as a landlord. The last tenancy had its ups and downs but it could not have been resolved without his help. A huge thank you to Taylor for not only doing his job well but going above and beyond.

Recently, we had work carried out on the flat we live in by Darek, who is the maintenence guy for Romans in the Bristol area. Both him and the Romans Manager, Alisha Parker were first class in their professionalism, work ethic and myself and my wife cannot speak highly enough of them regards Dave

Do not use this agent. They have seriously mismanaged our deposit repayment. After confirming on email we were to receive a full refund they changed their mind and said they had made a mistake forcing us to raise a formal dispute. A month after we left we have received no money back at all.
