I have been very pleasantly surprised in all my dealings with Romans so far. They have been extremely professional throughout my current selling process and have always been on hand to advise and help wherever possible. They've made the process simple and hassle-free and have really put me at ease throughout what is generally a really stressful time. All the staff are friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and tirelessly to sell our house and not the 'typical' estate agent I was expecting. I highly recommend Romans

I rented a property from Romans about a month ago. So far I have been able to sort out all the difficulties I have had in renting a property with the help of Sang (the letting agent), Kimberley (the property manager) and Kim. In fact, they have always been helpful. They took care of everything (even the simplest process of registering for council tax, choosing an energy supplier, etc.) in a very friendly and helpful manner. Although I have no further experience with other agencies, I would say that these guys have really made a positive impact on my opinion of Romans.

This is my first time for renting a place and i already have an amazing experience. Especially Chloe from the Caversham branch...... She has been very supportive, helpful and kind throughout the entire tenancy process. I applied to rent through Romans in Aldershot in May 2023 and their efficiency enabled me to subsequently move into an excellent property very quickly. Mohammed Rajpute and his Team at the Branch have been thoroughly helpful to me as a tenant and no praise is too high for their positive attitude which I continue to appreciate. Their proactive approach has ensured that everything runs smoothly, and I am truly grateful for their professionalism and outstanding service.
Adding my review post move in - Izzy (Current property manager helping me in initial Adhoc requests) is really helpful from day one when we moved in this property. During that time, she have been highly professional, communicative and consistent. When things went wrong, Izzy was always there to sort things out for example assisting and helping us with WiFi new connection, boiler installation and many more. I would highly recommend Izzy and Romans for the quality of work and assistance they deliver to new tenants.
