I've been looking for a property for a little over a year, both up north (Newcastle) and further south (Bournemouth and Christchurch). In all cases, previous Estate Agents were so incredibly uninspiring, either just showing me around - which I could do myself - or trying to sell me mortgage advice which I already had. This all changed with Oliver Worrall who went above and beyond by providing details about the local area, explaining ways the properties we'd seen could be enhanced and advising how improvements could be factored into the price. He made us feel so at ease and this culminated in me making an offer which was accepted the same day, which was awesome! Follow up calls have been similarly pleasant. Cheers Oli! Your solid and friendly advice and patience finally ended a property search that took over a year and approximately 50+ viewings with as many Estate Agents.
