Excellent, listened to my input on price level. Sold the house in less than a week of me signing contract. House sold before full marketing campaign started. Very active in arranging and chasing solicitors and buyer to start all processes.

Salesman phones me up 6 months after a consultation (where we came to the conclusion that we are not ready to sell and will get in contact if when we are ready). First thing he says is "I need houses are you selling" bit rude and so was the tone of his voice, was clear he was just after commission. Won't be going with Balgores after this interaction.

Big thank you to Ross, Claire, Amber, Sean and the team at Balgores, Wickford, and to Sarah in sales progression. You were all so helpful and patient with a ‘slightly’ more challenging than normal sale on my house and on the sale of my Mum’s house. There were times when I thought it was all going to fall through but thanks to your perseverance, experience and professionalism you progressed us to two successful sales in what can best be described as ‘newly changing times’ in the market. In addition to the sales of both houses, you managed to find us our forever home, this wasn’t without its challenges either but with an amazing amount of patience and cooperation from you all, you got this one over the line too! The views from the garden are talked about and admired by everyone who visits and works there, we can’t wait to be in and settled so we too can appreciate them every day. I don’t suppose you’ll have to help accommodate a couple of hundred budgies again any time soon either, so that must’ve made it a unique one and quite surreal at times! Thank you all so much.

As soon as my offer was accepted, Sarah Oakley talked me through each stage of the process and made it easier for me to understand. She kept in constant touch with me almost daily and proved to play an essential role in the successful completion of my purchase.

I honestly cannot thank Balgores Rona in Wickford enough for the help and professionalism through our house sale. Special thanks to Ross who told us at the very beginning that he would hold our hands through the process and that’s exactly what he and the others in his team did. The team made sure they were in regular contact with us and made us feel very supported throughout. When we needed help liaising with other Balgores branches for our onward purchase, Ross would be straight on the phone to help. Our sale was secured very quickly and the team made sure we were kept up to date with both our sale and purchase progression. The team gave us the exact friendly and professional experience you would expect. We are very happy with our decision to sell through Balgores Rona and would gladly recommend them.

The Wickford team were brilliant from start to finish. Ross, Daniel and everyone in the office were friendly, positive, helpful and down to earth with every step of the sale and purchase.
Sarah at the Basildon office who helped with the sale progression was absolutely brilliant she went above and beyond what we’d expect.

Only 4 weeks into buying a house marketed by Balgores and if moving house wasn't stressful enough having to deal with Balgores constant pressure selling tactics and miscommunications really doesn't help. Having already explained I was awaiting NatWest to get back to me and that it takes 5 to 10 working days, I was called 3 times in 3 days and asked 'what I was going to do about the bank holidays?' (to hurry this up) and then told the house I was buying was being put back on the market as a result..
Maybe if you sell with them you get the A* treatment.
Buying so far hasn't been a pleasant experience.
Let's hope things improve for all parties sake..

Cannot thank the team Rona in Wickford but especially Sarah enough. 5 months of hard work for me to purchase my first property and We wouldn’t have been able to get to completion without You all .
