This has been perfect and I am very grateful for all their guidance, particularly in the last few months in preparation for the renting out. The Yarm team at Roseberry Newhouse have been really supportive helping me in selling and buying.
The perfect property came on to the market and they helped me secure the purchase and then very quickly put my property on the market too, selling in a matter of days. The marketing photos and description made my property for sale very appealing.
Communication has been good, not only are the team a pleasure to deal with but have been great advisors during the selling process and also using their experience to suggest renovation ideas for my new property.

The sales team at Roseberry Newhouse were absolutely fantastic to deal with during the sale of our house. The communication and help we received throughout the process was excellent - especially when our first buyer unexpectedly pulled out.
We found Roseberry Newhouse much better to deal with than other estate agents and would highly recommend them!

From start to finish the service was excellent. A professional and friendly “pitch” helped us choose them over a competitor. The speedy and detailed arrangements to photograph and video the property meant that it was soon marketed and started attracting interest.
We were kept up to date with the viewing appointments and before long we had a buyer.
In the last week or so before completion the communications and care shown (toward both buyers and sellers) was above and beyond.
Thoroughly recommended!!

After trying to sell my property for a year with two other local estate agents, I met with Phil at the property. He advised me on a few areas that would help sell it. I carried them out which didn’t cost much and received an offer above the asking price within 4 days of it being marketed. We have just completed in just over 4 weeks. Can’t praise Phil and his staff for their outstanding service and chasing to make it happen.

We recently secured our rental property with Roseberry Newhouse and couldn’t recommend enough. From Rory who showed us round the property- answering all our questions, to Amy who arranged all paperwork, small repairs and and kept us updated with regular emails when we unfortunately had leak in the property the day before we were due to move in! She handled all of the repair work and made it a lot less stressful for us during an already hectic time! Many thanks to all!
