Great place to live with fantastic transport links. The Royal Arsenal has many City and Canary Wharf workers, but also many young families. There is crossrail on the estate, southeast trains and the DLR at Woolwich Arsenal, lots of buses, and Thames Clippers for a lovely boat ride into town. I am pleased with the community vibe to the Arsenal. For amenities it has a monthly farmers market, an NHS GP, dental practice, pharmacy, Tesco, and the wonderful Cornerstone café... not to mention two great pubs. I have lived here for 5 years and enjoyed it all.

Right from the time of our first inquiry, we felt we were dealing with a knowledgeable team and did not receive the sales flannel we had received from other agents. Having been put through two months of hell with the housing association Keith reassured us that he would guide us through the process in helping us selling our property. He was true to his word and went above and beyond at every opportunity to help us, the service delivered was nothing short of exceptional. His communication was excellent, always responding quickly to any queries and requests for assistance and he made the whole process as smooth as it possibly could be. Do not use. there are plenty of other agents with properties within the Royal Arsenal Development. Beyond unprofessional. Read through all our personal documents and queried payments coming in and out of our accounts, instead of using that information provided for a credit check. Astonished to say the least at the substandard level of service.
