The whole team at Ryder and Dutton Uppermill were superb from start to finish. Even when the first buyers pulled out, Lucy was able to find us a buyer in days. Jenny kept us up to date with everything once the sale was agreed and Anne brought post from the house once it was empty as she worked out she lived nearby. They made the whole process as stress free as possible.

Over the lasr two years, we've sold two properties in Greenfield. The first one was sold within three days of marketing for well above its asking price. We have recently purchased an apartment through Ryder & Dutton and have dealt with Jenny who has been absolutely amazing. Never failed to call me back and always has a cheerful helpful manner. I have bought and sold many houses in my time, but I can honestly say this was the best experience of estate agents I have ever had. James was thoughtful and supportive when I was considering putting the house on the market, and made me feel that Ryder and Dutton was a safe pair of hands. Great service all the way with Ryder and Dutton. I saw 4 estate agents and after my initial meeting with James we decided they were the ones for us! They were not the cheapest however they gave us excellent service and kept us in the loop all the way. Our house sold in days and they were extremely helpful and professional in their approach.
Jenny is really informative and always in touch!
I would definitely recommend Ryder and Dutton to anyone thinking of selling their property.

I am more than impressed with the service my son and I have had from all the team at Ryder and Dutton. The company has now sold three renovated properties for us which speaks for itself!
I would especially like to thank Charlotte Mc Donald for her tenacity and care in dealing with our company, something I feel has been lacking with other companies we have recently had dealings with.
