Honestly I hadn’t personally heard about safe & secure properties before i found this house, that wasn’t a bad thing though because it turns out they are the most professional estate agent team i have dealt with even out of all the big estate agent names. By the time i viewed the house they had closed for the weekend which i was a bit sad about because i thought this could ruin my chances of buying the house I viewed and loved but i still sent them a message through Facebook and within minutes received a phone call saying “sorry we are closed but i am still happy to help” which thanks to the professionalism from Lisa i was able to get my offer approved. Thank you to all the team.
