Friends, Don't take any property from Saints Estate Agent.. they are big CHEATER.. whatever they commit they will not stand to their commitment.. MARK is highly unprofessional and liar.. never trust him.. I paid him 300£ as admin fee for this New Life flat now he is asking me more rent just 1 week before.. When I asked him to return my money then he is not picking my phone.. they will show you nice flat but when you are about to move-in they will ask you to pay for all the stuffs. 1 week before they will tell you there are some extra charges you have to pay.. They don't have any office. On Google they have posted fake photograph. They are highly unprofessional.. Had to give 1 star but they don't deserve even 1 star. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAINT ESTATE AGENCY... Read more

Do not use these people to let your house, I went with them to rent out a house in St James because of their reasonable fees , they managed to rent the house for me OK but then the trouble started, I had asked for them to install smoke detectors and service the boiler at the property, they failed to carry out my wishes and I only found out they had not done what I asked when I spoke to the tenant after moving to another letting agent after 6 months of problems. Saints also failed to pay 2 months of rent to my account which I an still chasing them for now. They refused to reply to my enquires regarding the missing rent and lack of property maintenance. when I did receive an invoice from them for their fees when they did send some rent to me after deducting their fees I noticed that they had charged VAT on top of their fees, when they had told me they were not a VAT registered business, which I double checked on their website at the time and it also said they would not charge VAT. NOT HAPPY. AVOID. SCAM!!... Read more

I can whole heartedly recommend Saints Estate Agents, Karly and Jason are both very professional and really go the extra mile to answer any questions or queries that arise when purchasing a property. Buying and selling is a stressful business so knowing that your Estate Agent will support you makes such a difference. Nothing is too much trouble for Karly and Jason and they both will go the extra mile to support you. I honestly don't think there is another Estate Agent locally that is as friendly and supportive as Saints and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on my experience with Karly and Jason. We are now in our new home thanks to their team work and patience which made such a difference at a fraught and difficult time. Thank you both !!!... Read more
